Pack & Stack Collapsible Silicone Rectangle Lunch Box — 800ml
One box, done right. The Pack & Stack Collapsible Silicone Rectangle Lunch Box is a single 800ml food-grade silicone container that collapses to just 28mm flat when empty—less than half its full height—then clips shut airtight when you need it. BPA-free, leak-proof and built for daily use.
Microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe, it handles everything from meal prep on Sunday to reheating at your desk on Wednesday. The clip-on lid creates a 100% airtight seal so soups, sauces and salads travel without leaking.

Why silicone over plastic?
When you see "BPA-free plastic" on a label, it doesn't mean chemical-free. Plastics are petroleum-based products and manufacturers aren't always transparent about which chemicals they add. One chemical scientists have found to be more toxic than BPA is BPS, and it's commonly used as a replacement.
Food-grade silicone contains none of these chemicals. It's non-toxic, hypoallergenic and has no open pores to harbour bacteria. It's odour and stain-resistant, doesn't crack or fade with temperature changes, and outlasts plastic by years. When it does eventually reach end of life, it breaks down into inorganic silica, CO₂ and water vapour: not microplastics.
All Kuvings silicone products meet both LFGB and FDA food safety standards, the two key international benchmarks for food-grade silicon. LFGB is the stricter of the two, with more comprehensive testing requirements. We produce to LFGB standard because our customers' health matters more than cutting costs on materials.
Perfect for meal prep, work lunches, school, travel and anyone making the switch from plastic to a cleaner, longer-lasting alternative.
